Open call for submissions for Phase Zero Issue 06
...we had a crazy idea. Each issue is a collaboration between the two of us, and then with all of you, and then with all of us together to make Phase Zero what it is. The collaborative aspect of a magazine, publication, or whatever you want to call us, is awesome. So, for this issue, Issue 06, we are encouraging YOU to collaborate first without us.
Collaborative works?! Whatever could that mean?!?!
Good question reader! Well, consider this!
Do you have a friend who is also interested in submitting to this issue but is a little shy? Do you have an incredible story to tell that relies on visuals only your favorite illustrator can draw?
Do you have a dream collaborator but don't know what the two of you could work on together?
Well, then this is the perfect opportunity for you!
We want you to go out and find a friend, coworker, acquaintance, across-the-alley-neighbor, friendly barista, hopeful love match, the stranger you run into every day on your commute to work, or anyone else you have an interest in working with/getting to know, and make something!
How and what you choose to collaborate on is entirely up to you! We just want you to reach out and make something new while involving someone else in that process. Draw the craziest exquisite corpse, write a hauntingly vague mad-libs, face morph yourself with everyone in your class to see what your offspring could look like, and then send that in to us!
And if you have any crazy ideas but don't know where to start, feel free to message us! Let's chat!
